Accepting that our own mood/thought/thought process is “managed” by a community of organisms others than our own body however living inside of our body, is just a little step from accepting and allowing organisms (micro or not) that do not live in our body to provide similar service to us, hence the existence of neurotransmitters containing plants, fungy and others.

Accepting term like “psychobiotics” is just a little step from accepting term like “psychedelics deficiency”. “Bitterness deficiency” is already well settled term.
